
Adirondack Museum, New York will show its visitors how to tie flies on July 23-27, 2009.
Fly fishing enthusiast Tom Coe will demonstrate fly tying and display hand-tied flies as well as environmental displays of fish habitats. 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. in the Mark W. Potter Education Center.
Tom’s display will include the tools, materials, and flies including saltwater patterns, bass, trout, and panfish flies.
Games, activities, and a hands-on tying station lets young visitors learn more about fish and work on a fly. -- www.adkmuseum.org
