Phoenix Theatre will play Curtains - a new, hilarious musical from the legendary Broadway creators of Chicago and Cabaret! One of the funnest who-dunnits ever!
The performances will take place from September 16 to October 11, 2009.
Curtains unfolds backstage, where a new musical could be a Broadway smash, were it not for the presence of its talent-free leading lady. When the hapless star is murdered on opening night, Lieutenant Frank Cioffi arrives on the scene to conduct an investigation.
But the lure of the theatre proves irresistible for the stage-struck detective who finds himself just as drawn toward making the show a hit as he is in solving the murder.
