Utah Symphony, Salt Lake City will present 'Cirque de la Symphonie'as part of Entertainment series.
The production team includes Jerry Steichen, Conductor; Vladimir Tsarkov, Ring Juggling; Alexander Streltsov, Aerial Artist and Acrobat; Elena Tsarkova, Contortionist; Aloysia Gavre, Aerial Artist; Vladimir & Elena, Magicians & Jugglers; Christine Van Loo, Aerial Artist; Jarek & Darek, Strong Men.
Brace yourself as we open our Entertainment Series with a thrilling performance like none other. In Cirque de la Symphonie, some of the best cirque artists in the world will join the Utah Symphony to create an entertaining combination of two exciting art forms.
You’ll be delighted as aerialists fly overhead and acrobatic feats are performed to classical masterpieces and memorable contemporary music.
Performances will take place on Friday, September 18, 2009, at 8:00 pm and on Saturday, September 19, 2009, at 8:00 pm, at Abravanel Hall. -- www.utahsymphony.org
