Drunk man pepper sprayed, arrested at Disney park [VIDEO]

The Tower of Terror was home to a terrifying scene Saturday.

The happiest place on Earth? Apparently, it doesn't apply to everyone.

Guests at Disney California Adventure were subject to a nasty scene Saturday when one guest lost his temper.

Glenn Horlacher, 53, who appeared to be considerably drunk, repeatedly attacked multiple security guards at the Disney-themed park that sits next to Disneyland in Anaheim. There is no word on what set Horlacher off, but the scene that unfolded was not exactly something you'd expect to see at the fun-filled amusement park.

In the video shot by a guest, which can be seen below, Horlacher is seen cursing loudly at the security guards. As guards try to hold the man back, he throws a series of punches and kicks in their direction. This prompts the security officials to wrestle the man to the ground and apply a round of pepper spray to the man's face.

The pepper spray serves as a temporary sedative for the man, but after collecting himself on the ground, Horlacher returns to his feet and receives another spritz of pepper spray to the face. The guards instruct the man to return to the ground, but the pepper spray only enrages him further. He again physically attacks the guards, landing multiple punches and toppling one security official to the ground.

After this second attack, several bystanders intervene and assist the guards in bringing the man to ground and pinning him there. Eventually, law enforcement arrived on scene. Horlacher was booked for assault and battery and released with a citation. The guard in the video was treated for injuries at the hospital and released.

Throughout the video, onlookers can be heard imploring the man to get to the ground and remind him that he is in a kid-friendly environment. One woman in particular finds the scene especially revolting, repeatedly yelling at the man, "Stop!" Others find the scene somewhat humorous and take some verbal jabs at Horlacher. When Horlacher is finally brought to the ground, one man remarks, "Now he's whimpering like a little baby."

The ugly scene took place near the Tower of Terror ride in the Hollywood Land portion of the park. The 67-acre Disney California Adventure opened in 2001, and in 2010, more than 6 million guests visited the park. Together with Disneyland Park, the park makes up the Disneyland Resort, and guests often purchase package deals that allow them access to both parks on the premises.
