Einstein Bros. has a coupon for 25 percent off any purchase.

Einstein Bros. Bagels recently sent a coupon for 25 percent off any purchase to subscribers to the bagel chain's e-mail list.

According to Einstein Bros., the coupon covers everything except catering and gift cards. The $3.99 Bagel Combo, the $6.99 Grilled Cheese Combo and Happy Hour are also excluded. The offer can not be combined with other offers. The coupon is good until October 22.

Einstein Bros. serves fresh-baked bagels, coffee and espresso, egg sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, soups, salads, smoothies, muffins, coffee cakes and cookies.

As of 2012, there are 773 Einstein Bros. locations, according to Wikipedia. Founded in Golden, Colorado in 1995, Einstein Bros. was created by Boston Chicken (now Boston Market) as a way to sell breakfast foods. The chain is owned by Einstein and Noah Corp., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc., which was previously known as New World Restaurant Group. The company also owns Chesapeake Bagel Bakery, Manhattan Bagel, New World Coffee and Noah's Bagels.

Einstein Bros. is a public corporation, and its NASDAQ ID is BAGL.

Einstein Bros. has a Veg Out sandwich, which is vegetarian, and several other sandwiches can be made without meat. The chain does not have vegan options, although the web site reports that they are working to upgrade the menu.
