Olive Garden is offering not one, but two deals for current and former service members.

For the entire month of November, current service members and their families will receive 10 percent off their bill. The offer includes kids meals, pizza, appetizers, soups and salads. It can not be combined with any other offer, and it is valid for both dine-in and take-out.

On Veterans Day, all current service members and veterans will receive a free special meal, and their families will receive 10 percent off their bill. According to Olive Garden, the meals include Sausage and Peppers Rustica, Seafood Alfredo, Chicken Parmigiana, Cheese Ravioli, Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Venetian Apricot Chicken. All entrees include unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks.

The Sausage and Peppers Rustica is Italian sausage with bell peppers, Italian cheeses and choice of penne or cavatappi pasta in red sauce. The penne contains 1320 calories, 80 grams of fat (30 saturated), 2860 milligrams of sodium, 91 grams of carbohydrates, 10 grams of fiber and 59 grams of protein. The cavatappi contains 1120 calories, 61 grams of fat (23 saturated), 2440 milligrams of sodium, 84 grams of carbohydrates, 7 grams of fiber and 59 grams of protein.

The Seafood Alfredo is sauteed scallops and shrimp with fettuccine alfredo. It contains 1020 calories, 52 grams of fat (31 saturated), 2430 milligrams of sodium, 88 grams of carbohydrates, 9 grams of fiber and 50 grams of protein.

The Chicken Parmigiana is Parmesan-breaded fried chicken breasts topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. It is served with spaghetti. The lunch portion contains 570 calories, 18 grams of fat (5 saturated), 1720 milligrams of sodium, 67 grams of carbohydrates, 18 grams of fiber and 36 grams of protein. The dinner portion contains 1090 calories, 49 grams of fat (18 saturated), 3380 milligrams of sodium, 79 grams of carbohydrates, 27 grams of fiber and 83 grams of protein.

The Cheese Ravioli is cheese-filled ravioli served with choice of marinara or meat sauce and topped with melted Italian cheeses. Nutritional information on this dish varies according to sauce and size.

The Spaghetti with Meat Sauce is spaghetti with a traditional garlic-and-herb meat sauce.
