
Cylex Incorporated, a life sciences company and leader in immune system testing, today announced that it has now completed a final close on its third round of private financing, with an investment from Siemens Venture Capital, GmbH and other private investors. Cylex raised a total of $20.5 million in this round of financing
The private offering was co-led by Channel Medical Partners and Canaan Partners. Asante Partners acted as advisers to Cylex in the financing.
