The eagerly awaited men's football final - the hot topic of conversation across Doha - between hosts Qatar and Iraq has been moved to Al-Sadd Sports Club, the Doha Asian Games Organising Committee (DAGOC) announced on Wednesday 13 December.
The final had been scheduled to take place at Al-Gharrafa Sports Club but, like Tuesday's semifinal between Korea and Iraq, it has been moved to the 12,000 capacity Al-Sadd venue.
"It's one of the magnificent venues that we have here in Doha and it's perfect for everyone.
"Yesterday's match [Qatar v IR Iran] was very exciting with a lot of spectators in the crowd,"Â Ahmed Abdulla Al Khulaifi, DAGOC's Deputy Director General of Corporate Service said.
The final will still kick off at 15:00 on Friday 15 December.
