Mastek Exits Joint Venture With Deloitte Consulting

The media had reports that Mastek Ltd may exit out of its joint venture with Deloitte Consulting.

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.

Mastek Ltd has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We hereby confirm that the discussions on the divestment of Mastek's stake in the joint ventures with Deloitte Consulting are in progress. We shall inform the Exchange once the transaction is finalized and completed." -- www.nseindia.com
