The Charlotte Symphony will celebrate its 75th birthday on March 20th with free birthday cake on The Square!
On March 20, 1932, fifty-seven local musicians gathered on the stage of the Carolina Theatre for the debut performance of the Charlotte Symphony. Seventy-five years later, the orchestra continues to inspire, entertain, and educate Charlotteans with extraordinary musical experiences.
