Do you sometimes miss those days when you were a kid, and you ran around the house with a paper aeroplane in your hand? Maybe you're still a child who fancies himself an ace pilot tearing up the skies?
Even in the less predictable case that you've always wanted to be a bird in a biplane tracking down missing cows, Wing Island for Wii is one to watch.
In Hudson Soft's latest Wii game you play Sparrow Wing Jr., a brave bird who'll take on a variety of aerial missions to help the bird folk. In your trusty biplane you'll go from island to island, putting out forest fires and dropping off crates at specific locations.
But really what you'll be doing is holding the Wii Remote in your hand like a paper plane, and moving the onscreen plane with hand gestures only. Control mechanisms don't come more naturally than this, so all the focus is on the fun you'll be having soaring through the sky - free as a bird"¦ - Nintendo.
