The media had reports that Ramkrishna Forgings Limited is close to making a domestic acquisition.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
Ramkrishna Forgings Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We state that the Company does not comment on rumours and market reports. If and when any acquisition is proposed to be done, the Company shall comply with the provisions of the listing agreement and make the requisite disclosures.
