New Zealand Exchange Product Offering

New Zealand Exchange Limited is pleased to welcome Rated Mortgage Bonds to the NZDX Market today.

Rated Mortgage Bonds are a set of investment grade mortgage backed products covering both residential and commercial loan asset types. A first tranche of Rated Mortgage bonds (RMTFB) was quoted on the NZDX Market last Monday.

NZX Markets Development Manager, Geoff Brown said, "The NZDX continues to have a strong run, with an increased number of investment types available. The Rated Mortgage Bonds offer another option for investors, a blended product with the transparency of an investment grade rating."

The bonds were quoted on the New Zealand Exchange Limited Market under the security code RMTFA. -- www.nzx.com
