ISM is a customer relationship management (CRM) and real-time enterprise strategic advisor. This is the tenth consecutive year that Amdocs CRM has been recognized for this honor.

ISM judges found that Amdocs excelled in delivering unparalleled ROI through the ability to build and maintain customer loyalty and manage expectations while promoting growth and increased profitability.
