It remains unclear as to why the question hasn't been settled yet. Armen Minasyan, executive director of the Armenian Football Federation couldn't answer the question either. He informed A1+ agency that the UEFA hasn't passed any information to the federation. To note, Grigory Surkis, member of the UEFA Executive Board informed "Azeri Sports"Â agency that he supports Azerbaijan's proposal to hold the meeting in a neutral zone.
