Juma designed and implemented a complete upgrade from a 15-year old TDM system to Avaya Communication Manager as the foundation for contact center and business operations. The solution included Avaya Modular Messaging, call recording and call accounting. It also enabled unified messaging, which provided remote and field workers with seamless communication abilities in accessing and managing voice, fax and email messages.
The architecture designed by Juma for Empire Merchants included multiple layers of resiliency and redundancy, simplified system management and greatly improved efficiencies in the company's call center.
