After dual domination in the nanquan competition China struck wushu double gold again to take both the men's and women's changquan three events combined crowns.
Ma Lingquan collected China's 150th gold medal of Doha 2006 by winning the women's title. The 2005 world Champion topped each of the three disciplines - gunshu (cudgel), chagquan (long-fist) and the final event jianshu (broadsword) in which she scored 9.86, to take the crown with an overall total of 29.59.
World No 4 Susyana Tjhan of Indonesia took silver with 28.56 after scoring 9.56 in the final round.
Busan 2002 silver medallist Han Jing of Macau, China couldn't quite repeat the trick, coming second in jianshu to move agonisingly close just 0.08 to Tjhan's total but having to settle for bronze.
World champion Yuan Xiaochao won the men's title by also top scoring in each discipline. He registered a second 9.85 of the competition in the final event, the gushu (cudgel), to match his previous effort in the daoshu (broadsword) and also earned a 9.80 in the changquan for an overall winning total of 29.50.
That score proved too much for Jia Rui of Macau, China, the World No 2, who took silver with 29.04, after coming second in two events - chnaquan and gunshu - but ended a disappointing fifth in the second discipline, the daoshu.
Aung Si Thu won Myanmar's first wushu medal of the Games by collecting bronze with a score of 28.77.
