"Eragon" - Fantasy Movie About A Boy And A Dragon

"Eragon" is a movie based on Christopher Paolini's fantasy trilogy's first book. Christopher was 15 when he wrote the book and he was 18 when the book published. Young boys and girls of this age will love the fantastic movie.

The directory of the movie is Stefen Fangmeier master of visual effects. Ed Speleers is starring as Eragon, Jeremy Irons Brom as the old warrior, John Malkovich as King Galbatorix, Robert Carlyle as his sorcerer Durza, Sienna Guillory as warrior princess Arya, and Garrett Hedlund as a Eragon's rescuer.

While hunting is the mountains, Eragon comes across a blue stone and finds out that it's an egg of dragon. A cute baby dragon hatches out the egg, and Eragon names the baby Saphira. The baby is of the breed that King Galbatorix with his sorcerer Durza was trying to extinct. So when they found that the baby dragon is alive, they sent people to kill the dragon.

Eragon escapes with Saphira and Brom, the old warrior. Brom predicts Eragons destiny: he is the very one who is to be a Dragon Rider and play a in the war against King Galbatorix and his army. But the main heroine is of course Saphira, who shows a combination strong character and femininity.

So this is a great fantasy movie for those who love to imagine. The movie is full of villains, heroes, honor and destiny, also great views of Hungary and Slovakia.

The movie has a budget of $100 million, and may be it will be continued, because Brom says at the end of the movie "The time of dragon riders will come again."
