Wiley-VCH acquires Lipid Technology

Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA announced today that it has acquired publishing assets from PJ Barnes & Associates and will assume publishing for the international news and review journal Lipid Technology as of January 2007. The acquisition enhances Wiley-VCH's already impressive list of food and nutrition journals.

Lipid Technology offers the latest worldwide developments in the science, technology, markets and commerce of oilseeds, fats, oils, and other lipids.
