Two Finalists Leave American Idol

Chris Richardson and Phil Stacey eliminated from "American Idol" this Wednesday. Their leave was very unexpected because both had shown their excellence on the stage.

The most surprising was Phil's leave because he was perfect during the last week. He started singing country music, which suited his voice and style, he seemed to be very natural and comfortable in that style. Phil looked better in country style, than trying to perform love romantic songs. The feedbacks from judges where also positive, but that didn't help Phil to stay in the project.

But anyway during the last weeks Phil appeared in the list of the last three competitors, so finally he ran out of chances.

Less surprising was Chris's leave, because he appeared in the list of last competitors, and the feedbacks from judges where worst in last week. But he was very unhappy to leave the project because he became a good friend with Blake Lewis during the project.

Blake appeared in the list of last competitors as well and his run out was quite possible, but he made a big risk performing an old hit "You Give Love a Bad Name". This was really a huge risk because he didn't know how the audience will respond. But the song worked out and Blake stayed in the project.

The results of this Wednesday where tabulated from 135 million votes, 70 million of were got during the charity hour, and the rest 65 million were got on Tuesday.

These votes were lucky for LaKisha who was very possible to eliminate two weeks ago, but she didn't show she was scared to run out during the last performance. LaKisha showed her perfect vocal performing of "This Ain't a Love Song" and became a favorite. She told the viewer that she didn't take any vocal coaching but she is really talented enough to shine on the stage.

Jordin also was very lucky this week because of the performance with Bon Jovi. This great performance helped her avoid eliminate this week.

This week had a good performance of Melinda. She usually moved forward, because of her good vocal, but she was very nervous during the Wednesday performance. Despite of that she stayed in the project.

So this week two of the six participants Chris Richardson and Phil Stacey left "American Idol". Both Chris and Phil were less expected to leave the project, but they ran out. Why? They were very good and stylish on the stage, but may be they were less prepared to the competition than the others.
