American Idol: Finalists Preparing For Bee Gees Show

LaKisha Jones and Melinda Doolittle decided to go for shopping before working with Byrd, they are both sure that they need to be fashionable during the American Idol show.

Blake, 25 years old, usually looks too busy and at this time also he went quickly to the room and started the discussion with Byrd. "Grease", "How Deep Is Your Love", "You Should Be Dancing", "This Is Where I Came In" were his first songs he stopped on. Let's see what he will perform during the show.

Jordin, 17 years old, is the only teen in American Idol and she has to go to school three hours daily, she is short in time and she needs to work faster. She tried to sing "Run to Me", but Byrd didn't like it. Byrd thinks it is not a song for a teen. So Jordin goes to school and promises to have chosen a couple of songs when she comes back.

Melinda, 29 years old, comes to Byrd after shopping. She chose "Love You Inside Out" at first, but then she changed her mind. She said, that the song has sexual references and that her pastor will come to the show. So she picked "Just Want to Be Your Everything "instead. Later on she changed her mind again and chose bluesy version of "How Can You Mend a Broken Heart". After being explained that the phrases in "Love You Inside Out" like "loves you inside out, backwards and forwards" don't have sexual references she switched back to that song. After solid performance of these two songs she left the room saying that she's happy.

LaKisha, 27 years old, found that the song she's chosen is only 1:30 long, but she has 2:00 minutes for performance. So they started to look for something new with Byrd.

After school Jordin doesn't have much time for shopping, this is why she decided to have a custom dress this time which will perfectly fit her and be the one she wants. As Jordin says she's excited with her dress, her first experience as a designer succedded.

After having carefully chosen their songs with Byrd, American Idol finalists come to Four Seasons Hotel's ballroom with cameras and piano to sing their songa at the head of mentor Barry Gibb. Finalists come to stage one by one, perform their songs and listen to Gibb's advices.

Finalists are very excited to prepare for American Idol Bee Gees show and the show is also going to be exciting.
