LaKisha Jones Leaves "American Idol"

After "American Idol" Bee Gees Show LaKisha Jones left the project.

The last week's kiss from Simon Cowell was very promising for LaKisha, but this week he said "No kiss tonight, baby". He predicted that LaKisha or Blake Lewis would leave American Idol. And when the results from 45 million votes where announced, it was clear that Cowell was right.

During the show LaKisha Jones looked very nervous, she's even been noticed talking to herself. She performed Bee Gees' "Run to Me" and it appeared her last performance in American Idol. LaKisha began singing when she was five. She's trained in classical music and she loves gospel. She cried while saying good bye, but her performance's within Idol are a great start for a new career.

Before the results were announced Pink performed "Who Knew", after a documentary "Fantastic Four" sequel and "Idol" yearbook montage were shown. In "Idol" yearbook singers talked about their childhoods. Bee Gees former Barry Gibb performed his own "To Love Somebody". The four finalists waited very long for the results.

Now there are only three singers in "American Idol": Melinda Doolittle, Jordin Sparks and Blake Lewis. Doolittle Is a professional singer and she was the first to enter the final three, Cowell had predicted, that she will.
