On May 16th, 2,500,000 ordinary shares of MCLS NV were listed on the Free Market of Euronext Brussels.
A total of 227,000 shares were subscribed, raising a total of EUR 1 million.
At this first trading day, the share price closed at EUR 4.75, a 5.55% rise compared to the reference price of EUR 4.50, bringing the market capitalisation of the company at EUR 11.9 million.
With this new introduction, the Free Market of Euronext Brussels now lists 19 companies.
The activity of MCLS NV (www.mcls.be) encompasses 2 areas:
