There is a new gadget in the sex toy industry called iGasm. Apple, the maker of iPod, is threatening to sue sex shop Ann Summers over the posters for the iGasm gadget - reports PC Advisor.
iGasm is a vibrator that hooks up to an iPod and has similar advertising to that used in posters for the digital music player.
iGasm product info at Ann Summers' website reads "Load up your iPod with killa choons and take your appreciation of music to a whole new level. This genius little device hooks up to your iPod, MP3 player, laptop or CD player and vibrates in sync with the beat."Â
Apple wants the stores to remove all posters for iGasm and hopes that removing iGasm ads will prevent them from taking further actions. "Apple lawyers claim the poster is a blatant rip-off of its famous iPod silhouette images,"Â reports PC Advisor. - Prepared By HULIQ.
