Lindsay Lohan Goes To Alcohol Rehab

The latest of unlucky incidents in Lindsay's life was the car crash last week. She was taken to hospital by police officers to get necessary medical treatment. Now she decided she needs more care, that's why she chose the alcohol rehab center, Malibu that Britney Spears went to.

Lindsay's representative said: "Lindsay admitted herself to an intensive medical rehabilitation facility on Memorial Day. Because this is a medical matter, it is our hope that the press will appreciate the seriousness of the situation and respect the privacy of Lindsay, as well as the other patients receiving treatment at the facility."

Some of Lindsay's glamour friends talked to press about her suicide attempts at the one of recent parties. It's being spoken, that she tried to cut her wrists, but friends stopped him. After she ran to bathroom with a bottle of painkillers and frightened to swallow the entire bottle. The actress was also photographed in hotel bathroom while snorting cocaine.

Lindsay's father says, that the last incident of DUI made her go to the rehab: "This could be the sign that gets her the help she needs". Her father has been working as a counselor for Teen Challenge, a program designed to help teens with substance-abuse problems, and was jailed for DUI in 2005.

Her father says, that a month at alcohol rehab is not enough for her. Lindsay must spend more time with people who really love her and care about her, than with her Hollywood friends at glamorous parties with lots of alcohol and cocaine.

"I believe the people my daughter is hanging around with are the wrong people," said father Lohan. "Lindsay has to find hope in God and put her family first, not listen to what other people say, and listen to her heart. I want her to know her Daddy is here for her." By Ruzan Harutyunyan for HULIQ
