In this role, she is responsible for managing the Institute's strategic planning processes and monitoring organizational performance. Wiberg will help the Institute adapt to changes in the CPA profession while ensuring the achievement of the Institute's organizational objectives and mission. Prior to joining the AICPA, Wiberg was with Principal Financial Group, where she served as Strategic Planning Director, working with the senior management team to develop and execute strategic plans. She earlier served as Director of Operational Excellence, responsible for process improvement activities.
Wiberg has been a guest lecturer on strategic planning at Drake University and served as a panelist on the Iowa Commission on the Status of Women's "Show Me the Money"Â workshop. She has
also been a reviewer for LOMA's "Business Law for Financial Service Professionals"Â textbook. Wiberg received her BA from Gustavus Adolphus College and MBA from the University of Iowa. -http://www.aicpa.org
