Heinz has purchased a license to use the Cottee's and Rose's brands in certain categories in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, as well as Monbulk, Choc Whizz and Ice Magic Brands.
Cadbury Schweppes will continue to be the brand owner and sell its range of Cottee's cordial.
The acquisition of these interests in the Cottee's Food business gives Heinz Australia a presence in the popular and fast-growing categories of jams, toppings, desserts and jellies.
