Apple promises to start selling new iPhone smart phones on June 29.

Apple already has won a large market for its Mac computers and iPod digital music players, now it will try to win with its new mobile phones, that can play music, watch video, display photos, surf the web and make calls all in one. The phone has a large touch screen instead of traditional keypad and a built-in camera.

One June 3, at three television commercials Apple's representative announced the final date of iPhone's release, which was already delayed once. Initially it was scheduled to release on June 20.

iPhone will be available at Apple's and AT&T's stores for $500 or $600 depending on the memory included (4 gigabytes or 8 gigabytes).

AT&T is Apple's exclusive service provider and has announced that it already has received about a million of queries to purchase iPhone. Apple itself is expected to sell 10 million smart phones by 2008.

Apple's rivals, the major cell phone manufacturers say that iPhone is very attractive with the features it offer, but at the same time its high price it will not have much potential buyers because of its high price. By Ruzan Harutyunyan for HULIQ
