Paris Hilton Was released from jail to spend the rest of her sentence at home, but Los Angeles City Attorney ordered Sheriff to get her back to jail.

On Thursday morning sheriff's officials took Paris Hilton to her Hollywood Hills home, because of a medical condition which was not detailed at all. The decision was made by Sheriff Lee Baca.

Ms Hilton served only three days in jail out from 45 day long sentence. The rest she was supposed to spend under home arrest wearing an electronic ankle tag. Sheriff's officers aimed to watch Ms Hilton serving the rest of her sentence at home in a proper way.

"I can't talk about the medical situation other than to say that, yes, it played a part. This is certainly not unprecedented and happens from time to time." Steve Whitmore, the sheriff's spokesman, said.

The case of her release was considered as 'double standards' by the Rev Al Sharpton, the black civil rights campaigner.

"This early release gives all of the appearances of economic and racial favouritism that is constantly cited by poor people and people of colour," Sharpton said. "There are any number of cases of people who handle being incarcerated badly and even have health conditions that are not released."

But later on Thursday Rocky Delgadillo, the Los Angeles City Attorney, issued an order to get Paris back to the jail and to give a clear explanation to the court of releasing her home.

Baca is not going to appear at the court, so it is still a question who'll give the reason of Hilton's release.

Let us just remind that Paris Hilton was sentenced for drunk driving, suspended driver license and alcohol probation period. She had to serve in jail in a cell for 'special persons' and she did not have a mate. But even these 'special comforts' didn't satisfy the 'celebrity', so she decided to go home.

There is lots of criticism concerning this case, because the law is very sparing to the reach hotel heirless, but Sheriff Lee Baca declines the criticism, saying that Paris Hilton's release was a result of serious medical condition. For HULIQ.com
