Paris was allowed to go home and spend the rest of her 45-day sentence under home arrest after staying in jail only for three days. But later she was ordered to court and give proper explanations about that decision.

The judge decided to order her back to jail, and Paris went into hysteric right at the court. "It's not fair, It's not right" she said: "I'm not the same person I was. I used to act dumb.
