Making it even more attractive to visit our Caribbean properties between now and October 30, 2007 is a new hurricane contingency arrangement offered by The Ritz-Carlton. In the unlikely event that your program is cancelled due to a hurricane, The Ritz-Carlton will endeavor to move your event to a comparable Ritz-Carlton property in the Caribbean, Mexico or the Southeast U.S., honoring the terms of the sales agreement. In addition, the property to which your event is moved will offer a 5% rebate on total room revenue to offset the costs of relocation.
