‘Transformers’ is an action movie with rich computer graphics and robots turning into cars.
The mystery of transformers is being revealed by Autobot leader Optimus Prime (voice by Peter Cullen). The transformers have come to the Earth from planet Cybertron to find a cube that can help to create a new world for their almost extinct race.
Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) is a schoolboy, living in downtown Los Angeles, whose dream is to buy a car and impress a girl whose name is Mikaela (Megan Fox). Sam’s dad (Autobot Bumblebee) buys a car for his son, and the car appears to be one of good transformers - Autobot Bumblebee.
At the same time in Qatar a bad transformer Decepticon terrorizes U.S. Army Captain Lennox (Josh Duhamel) and his team, because the transformers knows that the Allspark cube there are looking for is in the Captain’s glasses. Pentagon Defense Secretary Keller (Jon Voight) helps the fight against the bad transformer. Later Sam, Lennox and Keller join to fight bad transformers.
‘Transformers’ has about $150 million budget, and it is amazing how such a small budget could result in lots of computer generated scenes.
The movie is PG-13 rated for intense sequences of sci-fi action violence, brief sexual humor, and language. ‘Transformers’ lasts 144 minutes and is directed by Michael Bay. by Ruzan Harutyunyan for HULIQ
