John McCain Never Called Obama By His First Name

Things that make you say HMMMMMMM. All during tonight's debate, Senator McCain did not address Senator Obama by first name.

Jim Lehrer, the moderator of the debate frequently had to tell both Senators to talk to one another.

Senator Obama began speaking to Senator McCain, calling him by first name, yet Senator McCain never acknowledged him by his first name.

I wonder, is this a lack of respect for Senator Obama? My friends are saying it is a form of racism on the part of Senator McCain.
