Sarah Palin Rogue Governor Ignoring GOP Advice

Sarah Palin is turning into a rogue vice presidential nominee as far as the GOP is concerned. Reports are coming out daily that Palin is ignoring the advice of the McCain campaign advisers as well as the Republican party.

But, that’s what John McCain is running on isn’t he? Touting her “maverick” style. Well it appears that the McCain campaign is having trouble reeling Sarah Palin in .

According to Politico’s Ben Smith, there are "stirrings of a Palin insurgency."

Here’s the thing:

Palin has chosen to ignore the advice of several Bush aides who travel and tour the country with her. Instead of sticking to the plan, Palin instead has gone rogue because she feels these same aides and handlers are responsible for her tarnished image. Those close to the McCain campaign want to blame Palin for his decline in the polls, while Palin feels it is the McCain handlers who are responsible for the plummeting percentages.

However some McCain aides believe Palin was not ready for this level of public attention, while others are crediting her for objecting to McCain’s pullout of Michigan and suggesting the Jeremiah Wright tactic. It appears the Republican campaign is pointing fingers at one another while they watch Barack Obama’s well oiled machine race by.

Recent repots from Palin allies state she has gone from being a team player to going it on her own. Rejecting advisement from the Bush reelection team as well as McCain advisers. With the election a little more than a week away, the Republican nominee can little afford a rogue governor who ignores GOP advice.

You seriously post something with a sentence like "Rejecting advisement from the Bush reelection team as well as McCain advisers." ?
What grade are you in? You need to get back to 10th Grade English class and start over. This time try to stay awake in class and do your homework. After you have a basic understanding of sentence structure, turn your computer on. Till then, turn to page 1 of your English Composition book and begin reading.

The Purpose of Language

What is the purpose of language? Answer: to communicate thoughts, feelings, ideas, etc. As the daughter of a retired English teacher, even my grocery list has been critiqued. So the article writer made insignificant faux pas-- big deal. More importantly, the article gives a plausible assessment of Gov. Palin's behavior. I don't believe that anyone who read the article is unclear on the points the writer is making.

Sometimes people seize opportunities to criticize the minor faults of others simply to downplay their own feelings of inadequacy.

Nice article, Ms. Teasa-- keep up the good work.
