'The Simpsons Movie' the movie based on long running cartoon series will be available on big screens on July 27, this is why Fox studio made this effort to promote the movie.

The idea came to Fox's vice president Lisa Licht and 7-Eleven's advertising agency agreed with it.

'We wanted to make sure the movie stands out as a true cultural event this summer,' said Lisa Licht. 'It has to stand out from other summer movies and TV shows.'

This is a great opportunity to promote 'The Simpsons Movie' by spending less money, because 7-Eleven covered the most part of expenses.

Here are 7-Eleven store location that turned into a Kwik-E-Mart: New York City, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Burbank, Los Angeles, Henderson, Orlando, Mountain View, Seattle, Bladensburg.

Crowd of 'Simpsons' fans came to the stores to buy items from their favorite cartoon series.

All the cartoon items such as Buzz Cola, KrustyO's cereal and Squishees, Slurpees came to the real life from the screens. The only thing that was unavailable was Duff beer, Homer Simpson's favorite drink. Since the movie is PG-13 rated, beer seemed to be an inappropriate item for the campaign. by Ruzan Harutyunyan for HULIQ
