Who kill Song Pingshun?
Song Pingshun, the chairman of the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) , committed suicide recently.
He is under investigation for scandal.
He is a prolonged subordinate of Li ruihuan,the former Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.The Tianjin's former Communist Party boss,Zhang Lichang,another protege of Li ruihuan,has just retired.
