Turkmenistan and Afghanistan presidents discussed prospects for a natural gas pipeline from Turkmenistan to Pakistan and India via Afghanistan.
Turkmenistan’s new President Gurbanguli Berdymukhamedov promised to provide Afghanistan with electric power worth USD300,000 at no cost.
"This is a big gift from the Turkmen people to the Afghan people", Berdymukhamedov said.
