Euronext's 75th listing since the beginning of the year
EuropaCorp, a film production and distribution company that is among the leading independent studios in Europe, was successfully admitted to listing on Euronext Paris.
EuropaCorp placed 4.5 million shares to raise a total of €70 million. The placement was oversubscribed more than three times.
On the basis of the first traded price today, €15.50, market capitalization of EuropaCorp amounts to €309 million.
Luc Besson, Chairman of EuropaCorp's Management Board, commented: “We are delighted with the success of our listing on Euronext, which marks the beginning of a new stage in the development of our group and the deployment of our strategy for international-scale expansion.”
EuropaCorp is the 75th company to be listed on Euronext this year. A total of over €4 billion has been raised through initial offerings on Euronext markets since the beginning of the year, representing an additional market capitalization of €43 billion. -Euronext
