Brother Launches "Three" New Industrial Sewing Machines

Offering the Industry's Most Efficient Energy Savings and Clean Sewing without Oil Staining

Brother Industries Ltd. will expand its line-up of lock stichers by introducing new models that offer the industry's most efficient energy savings and high productivity.
The company will introduce S-7200B, a single needle direct drive straight lock stitcher with thread trimmer, and S-7220B, a single needle direct drive needle feed lock stitcher with thread trimmer (an advanced model of S-7200B with needle feed). Furthermore, Brother is also introducing Z-8560A, an electronic direct drive zigzag lock stitcher with thread trimmer.

The features of Brother's lock stitchers encompass the direct drive system, which minimizes loss of driving force being transmitted to the mechanism. They are also equipped with the dry system, which requires no oil to be supplied to the area of the needle bar and thread take-up and achieves very high productivity. With the introduction of the new models, Brother now has a full line-up of lock stitchers with the direct drive system and dry system. The company responds to the customers' needs by offering energy efficient products with higher productivity and low operational cost. At the same time, Brother intends to expand its sales of high-class sewing machines, which have a high market share.

Offensive sound and vibration are reduced to a minimum, helping reduce stress and fatigue of operators.

A system which transmits motor's driving force directly to the mechanism by placing the motor in the sewing machine's head.

Enhanced Sewing Quality

The "worry-free" dry system, which supplies no oil to the areas of the needle bar or thread take-up, avoids oil staining.
The rotary-type thread trimmer performs stable thread trimming regardless of sewing materials.
