Initially NBC had scheduled six-episode series about Posh Spice, but the show was limited to one hour, because of Beckham family’s delayed stay in Europe.
Beckhams are now in Los Angeles, because David is going to play with Galaxy soccer team. They will live in a $22-million, 13000-square-foot villa in Beverly Hills with Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes in neighborhood.
The whole family is now in Hollywood: David, Victoria, and their three sons Brooklyn, 9, Romeo, 4, and Cruz, 2. But they carefully keep their kids away from cameras.
"We don't ever allow the children to be photographed or filmed. We like them to be normal kids," she said. "I didn't want any of my friends in there, either. This isn't a reality show, it's a documentary about me. Anything we do professionally, we try to keep the children out of it. We don't sort of traipse them up and down the red carpet."
What Victoria Beckham said before coming to US about the NBC show is: "It's funny. People really get to see what I'm really like. I have quite a dry sense of humor, which I hope is going to translate to Americans. I'm incredibly blessed and I wanted to show that to everybody.
At the show Victoria said she is not intended to get to the movie sphere. She says, maybe she’s the only person in Hollywood who doesn’t want a movie star career. She’s good in singing and in designing.
Now she’s working on her line of clothing, sunglasses and perfume. Also she’s getting prepared for Spice Girls tour for December 7. The tour will start at Los Angeles. Victoria is very excited with their reunion and wants her kids and husband to see her singing on the stage.
"I want my kids to see Mommy on the stage doing what I used to do and I want David to see it again," Victoria Beckham said. "David is going to come on tour because it starts when his football ends." HULIQ
