Thomson West Named Official Publisher of New York Codes, Rules and Regulations

The New York Department of State and Thomson West, a Thomson business, have entered into an eight-year contract to serve as the official publisher of the New York Codes, Rules and Regulations (NYCRR) and the New York State Register.

As the official publisher, West is the exclusive official source for NYCRR in print, CD-ROM and online via Westlaw®. This contract was the result of a competitive bidding process. West has been the official publisher of NYCRR and the New York State Register since 1995, and has performed its publishing responsibilities through the joint efforts of its Rochester, NY, and Eagan, Minn., offices.
