Spain Property Sale Market Still Very Strong

From the recent past until now many property investors may have thought that property for sale in Spain is not a good idea and that they should look elsewhere for good property investment. However, the research and certain happenings show that Spanish properties are still very strong and attractive investment for property investors.

There may have been a real estate and property market correction in Spain after the real estate boom, but now again Spanish properties are in high demand, promising and again could be the next great real estate investment on the Mediterranean coast.

There are two important grounds to make this point about the property sale in Spain: 1. The research by the GE Money on the future of the Spanish properties, and the fact that the city of Valencia is going to host next year’s European Grand Prix.

According to propertyinspain.net GM set out to interview 100 mortgage brokers about what they believed were the best short and long-term prospects. Propertyinspain.net is one of the largest portals providing information on property for sale in Spain and mortgage brokers. According to Assetz Property News Service, which refers to PropertyinSpain.net, brokers said Spain was second when it came to prospects for price appreciation in the next 12 months and top overall as a long-term prospect.

Sales manager Ben Walker says that international property investors want to see stability in the market and Spain currently provides it. “Locations like Ibiza and Costa Blanca are where people want their investment and dream homes," says Walker.

With the announcement of Valencia hosting next year’s European Grand Prix championship, the property markets in Spain took a boost. Properties that are for sale in Valencia and in Spain in general are experiencing hike in demand. Despite the fact that the race will be held next year Yourkeytospain.co.uk says that the hike in property markets in Spain is already apparent. “This is being experienced after a sharp rise in the Spanish property brought about by the Americas Cup this year, particularly in the Costa Blanca city which lies near Costa de Valencia,” writes the website press release.

Valencia has a growing sporting profile. The city’s football team reached the final of the European Champions’ League in 2000 and 2001, and with next year’s Grand Prix, city style like in Monaco, it will be a top hot property and tourist destination.

Indeed, sun, good Mediterranean food and the rich culture of Spain are appealing too when it comes for investors or holiday vacationers deciding on where to look for property sale to make their real estate investments. Therefore, Valencia, Ibiz and Costa Blanca will probably be the next locations if you are looking for property for sale in Spain.
