Panasonic Security Systems, a leader in professional video surveillance and security systems for 50 years, announces the appointment of Aaron Saks to the position of Product Trainer. The appointment of Mr. Saks, who was previously a Technical Support Specialist with Panasonic’s National Technical Support Center, was announced by Panasonic System Solutions Company President Frank DeFina and is effective immediately.
“Aaron’s previous experience with our hotline and technical support teams in the security industry gave him the leading edge for the Product Trainer position,” said Mr. DeFina. “This position is an integral part of Panasonic’s commitment to the ongoing education and training of sales, support and dealer representatives.”
Mr. Saks, a graduate of the University of Maryland, has spent the past two years with the Panasonic Security Systems team as both a hotline team leader and technical support specialist. In his new position, Aaron will be responsible for developing the curriculum and conducting the training for Panasonic Security Systems, with particular focus on the company’s newly launched i-Pro Certified Reseller program.-Panasonic
