University of Bath organizes Workshop to teach self-coaching skills

Local business people can find out how to be their own coach, in a free seminar at the University of Bath in Swindon on Monday 10 September (7pm).

Mike Leigh, a coach with twenty years of consultancy experience, will explain how people can coach themselves to make changes and find new perspectives and solutions.

The session will help people to maintain direction and momentum when sessions with a coach have come to an end.

Mr Leigh is a chartered psychologist who has focused his approach on the connections between work, organisations and people. He is a very experienced executive coach with a particular interest in leadership and facilitating successful organisational change.

He has worked in private sector finance, manufacturing and service industries in the UK and overseas. He has also undertaken a range of consultancy experience in the public sector.

As a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, he is currently co-authoring books on problem-solving for managers and spirituality at work.

The seminar is part of the Business Hub’s Coaching and Mentoring for All programme, funded by the European Social Fund. To book a free place see the Related Links section.-University of Bath
