Salman khan bollywood star was given five year jail sentence for shooting chinkara deer endangered species in the midnight of 28 September 1998 by the lower court,the district court in Rajasthan upheld judgment.
The actor was not in the court when the order was passed and the lawyers say , an arrest warrant will be issued by the court , the actor has the options either to surrender before the court or he will be arrested.
He has been booked under Section 51,52 of the wildlife Protection Act.
He is going to spend five year in jail for poaching the chinkara- endanger species deer.
Salman was on bail after the lower house passed the orders.
He has the options to appeal to the High court as his lawyers get the copy of the judgement.
