By the looks of it, the R36 appears the same with Chinese-made Magoton, but the new model is distinct with a new double-strip designed chrome grille that matches the specialized R36 label.
Inside, the wire-drawing metal flake replaces the aluminum dash found on Magoton. Other enhancements include new brake calipers which give the car more stopping power as well as “R”-styled metallic acceleration pedal and left pedal.
Powered by a 3.6L FSI V6 engine from Touareg SUV, R36 generates 300-hp and features Volkswagen's new 4MOTION all-wheel-drive system which helps to distribute the power evenly and perfectly.
The VW R36 will be available as either a sedan or wagon.
