Occam Networks Increases Participation with the DSL Forum

Occam Networks® Inc., a leading supplier of innovative Ethernet and IP-based loop carrier equipment to telecommunications companies, announced that the company is sponsoring the Q3 2007 meeting of the DSL Forum. The quarterly meeting will be held in Nashville, August 27-30.

"We are excited by the progress of the DSL Forum, especially its work with BroadbandSuite™," said Bob Howard-Anderson, president and CEO of Occam Networks. "The industry is well served by the quality and direction of the Forum’s Technical Reports and White Papers."

Mr. Howard-Anderson will provide welcoming comments at the meeting's Open Plenary session.

In addition, Occam is announcing the appointment of Dov Zimring, Occam’s Director of Strategic Technology and Solutions, to Chair of the DSL Forum’s Ambassador Committee. The goal of the DSL Forum Ambassador Program is to promote the DSL Forum and provide education on DSL technology and systems to the communications, information and entertainment industry, as well as other interested parties.
