A, Inc. today announced that CA President and Chief Executive Officer John Swainson will keynote at the Foreword Financial Expo at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at McCormick Place West in Chicago.
In an address entitled "The Customer Experience: A Powerful Competitive Edge," Swainson will discuss how financial services firms can better serve customers by transforming their IT environments. He also will describe a strategy for achieving this transformation efficiently, without replacing legacy systems built up over decades.
In addition, on Friday, September 7, 2007 at 8:15 a.m., David Decamp, vice president of financial services solution architecture for CA, will host a "Power Breakfast with CA Financial Services Security Forum." This session will address the challenges of securing environments beyond a company's walls, and methods to maintain the highest levels of security and customer experience in the process.-CA news
