Regarding Application of Import of Infringing Products by Nanya Technology

As a result of the Tokyo District Court's decision upholding its claims in patent infringement litigation against Nanya Technology Corporation Japan, Fujitsu Limited today filed an application with Japan Customs seeking suspension of the import of infringing products by Nanya Technology Corporation Japan under the Customs Law.
