Counterfeit Flier Says Dems Vote Nov. 5th

Now here's some real fraudulent voting activity, for those looking for it. And it's clear, from the flier itself, that it's from GOP supporters. I mean, the Dems certainly wouldn't be telling their own followers to vote on the wrong day, now would they?

The flier pretends to come from Virginia's Board of Elections.

The flier says that:

"Due to a larger than expected voter turnout for this year's Electoral Process. (sic) An emergency session of the General Assembly has adopted the follwing (sic) emergency regulations to ease the load on local electorial (sic) precincts and ensure a fair electorial process."

The flier goes on to say that the GOP and independents supporting GOP candidates will vote on Nov. 4th and the Democrats and independents supporting Democratic candidates on Nov. 5th.

The flier was circulated around several locations in Hampton Roads, according to the Virginian-Pilot.

Hampton Roads, in southeast Virginia near Virginia Beach, is in the 2nd Congressional District, where Democrats are battle to unseat incumbent GOP Rep. Thelma Drake. Drake won re-election two years ago by a margin of just 5,000 votes; the latest poll in the district shows Drake leading by just 5%.

State police are investigating; good luck.
